With over 25 years of experience in urban and regional planning, Gs. Lily Hamaddah Binti Ramle is currently the Head of the Methodology Planning Unit at PLANMalaysia’s Research and Development Division. She coordinates the Malaysian Urban-Rural National Indicators Network for Sustainable Development (MURNInets) and leads the development of planning guidelines for electric vehicle infrastructure and elderly-friendly physical planning.

She previously served as Head of the National Urbanization Policy Unit and brings strong expertise in GIS-based analysis, smart data systems, and sustainability indicators. Lily actively contributes to national forums on healthy cities, ageing populations, and road safety. She also serves as a panelist and evaluator for local authority star ratings under the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT).
